About

OUR HISTORIC HOME
A Seattle institution for nearly 50 years, Shuckers is one of the city’s original oyster bars, serving fresh Pacific Northwest seafood in a warm, pub-style setting. Located in a former 1930s haberdashery, the space retains its charm with carved oak paneling and a vintage tin ceiling. Known for its daily market specials, Shuckers offers standout dishes like Crab Louie Salad and a rotating selection of oysters—served raw, baked, or fried. A favorite of both locals and visitors, it’s the kind of place where regulars return and newcomers quickly feel at home.
Our longtime staff—many with over two decades of experience—enhance the dining experience with expert oyster recommendations and can tick off the the subtle nuances of each. Shucking and serving more than 400 dozen oysters each week, they’re passionate about helping new guests discover their perfect bite—and a place where everyone quickly knows your name.
